We have organized a workshop where all COP coordinators, stream leads, HR representatives from secondary centers, and administrators came together. The purpose of this workshop is to brainstorm, discuss, and devise effective solutions to the challenges and opportunities identified through the survey. Together, we can identify key areas for improvement and work towards enhancing the effectiveness and impact of our COP program
